Welcome to the products and services provided by Xuzhou Mangxu Software Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Platform"). Please read the following terms carefully before use. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Article 1: Service Content

The Platform provides you with the following services through mangxu.com:

  • Display of enterprise products and solution information
  • Online consultation and technical support
  • AI intelligent assistant and knowledge base retrieval
  • Enterprise-level management backend functions
  • Other value-added services we may introduce from time to time

The specific scope of services shall be subject to actual provision. We reserve the right to adjust the service content.

Article 2: User Registration and Account

  1. Use of some services requires account registration. You shall provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it promptly.
  2. You shall properly safeguard your account information and password. Losses caused by your failure to safeguard them shall be borne by you.
  3. Each account is for the exclusive use of the registered user and may not be transferred or authorized to others without permission.
  4. If you discover unauthorized use of your account or any security vulnerability, please notify us immediately.

Article 3: User Conduct Rules

When using the Platform's services, you shall comply with the following rules:

  • Comply with the laws, regulations, and relevant policies of the People's Republic of China
  • Shall not use the service for illegal activities or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others
  • Shall not publish false or misleading information
  • Shall not reverse engineer, crack, or maliciously attack the Platform
  • Shall not use automated tools to bulk scrape Platform content (except for authorized API calls)
  • Shall not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or normal use by other users

Article 4: Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, charts, videos, audio, software, interface designs, database structures, and trademarks, is protected by the intellectual property laws of the People's Republic of China.

Without our written permission, no one may copy, modify, transmit, distribute, publish, or otherwise use the aforementioned content.

Article 5: Special Provisions for AI Services

  1. Some features of the Platform use artificial intelligence technology. AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice.
  2. You understand and agree that AI responses may contain inaccuracies or omissions. For important decisions, please consult a professional.
  3. Content you submit when using AI features shall not contain illegal information, classified information, or others' private data.

Article 6: Fees and Payment

The basic services of the Platform are provided free of charge. The specific prices and payment methods for value-added services shall be subject to the agreement at the time of subscription. Fee adjustments will be notified 30 days in advance.

Article 7: Service Interruption and Termination

We may interrupt or terminate services in the following circumstances:

  • System maintenance or upgrades (advance notice will be provided)
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, policy changes, telecommunications failures, etc.)
  • Your breach of these Terms of Service
  • Our reasonable decision based on business adjustments (60 days' advance notice)

Article 8: Disclaimer

  1. We shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure or failures of third-party services.
  2. Information and analysis provided on the Platform are for reference only and do not constitute a basis for business decisions.
  3. We shall not be liable for data loss or damage caused by users' own operational errors.

Article 9: Dispute Resolution

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties shall resolve disputes through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court with jurisdiction.

Article 10: Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service. After amendment, the revised terms will be posted on the website and registered users will be notified. Continued use of the service shall be deemed as acceptance of the amended terms.
