In the wave of digital transformation, telecom operators face the challenge of evolving from traditional service providers into comprehensive information service providers. As a leader in the industry, China Mobile has always been committed to improving service efficiency and user experience through technological innovation. Since 2021, we have established a deep partnership with China Mobile Jiangsu and Xuzhou branches, focusing on ICT projects, all-in-one card systems, and business middle platform construction, jointly exploring new pathways for digital transformation.
At the early stage of the collaboration, we conducted an in-depth analysis of China Mobile's pain points in the regional market. The traditional all-in-one card system suffered from issues such as data silos and slow response times, resulting in poor user experience. Through technological integration, we introduced cloud-native architecture and microservices design to rebuild the all-in-one card system, enabling real-time data synchronization and cross-platform interoperability. Meanwhile, in ICT projects, we assisted China Mobile in building a business middle platform that unified the management of dispersed business modules, significantly improving operational efficiency.
During project implementation, we worked closely with the China Mobile team to overcome challenges such as technical compatibility and data migration. For example, in the smart city project of the Xuzhou branch, we integrated IoT and big data technologies to help China Mobile achieve visualization and intelligent management of urban management data. After the project went live, the city's emergency response time was reduced by 30%.
The results of the collaboration have been remarkable: after the upgrade of the all-in-one card system, user transaction processing time dropped from an average of 3 seconds to 1.5 seconds, a 50% efficiency improvement; the business middle platform increased cross-departmental collaboration efficiency by 40% and shortened project delivery cycles by 20%; the smart city project helped China Mobile increase its market share in the Xuzhou region by 15%. These achievements have not only strengthened China Mobile's competitiveness but also delivered more convenient and efficient service experiences to end users.
