Cooperation Background

As a leading provider of ICT infrastructure and solutions, Ruijie Networks has accumulated deep technical expertise in switches, routers, wireless networking, and other fields. Since signing a strategic cooperation agreement in 2016, we have joined forces with Ruijie Networks, focusing on core scenarios such as data center networking, campus networks, and cloud computing, aiming to deliver end-to-end network solutions to customers in response to increasingly complex business demands.
Cooperation Process
At the initial stage of cooperation, both teams conducted in-depth research into the pain points of customers in the education, healthcare, and government sectors, and found that traditional network architectures had notable shortcomings in scalability, operational efficiency, and security. Together with Ruijie Networks' technical experts, we established a joint laboratory to optimize solutions for scenarios such as high concurrency, low latency, and high availability. For example, in the data center networking domain, Ruijie's RG-S series switches were deeply adapted to our cloud platform, enabling automated network configuration and intelligent operations. In campus networks, Ruijie's wireless APs were integrated with our edge computing solutions, significantly enhancing the user access experience.
Problems Solved
Through joint innovation, we successfully addressed three core problems faced by our customers: 1) Network performance bottlenecks: Traditional network devices are prone to packet loss and latency under high-traffic scenarios. By combining Ruijie's hardware acceleration technology with our traffic scheduling algorithms, we increased network throughput by 50%. 2) High operational complexity: Customer IT teams had to manually manage hundreds of devices. By integrating Ruijie's SDN controller with our automated operations platform, we achieved zero-touch provisioning and fault self-healing. 3) Security risks: To meet data compliance requirements in the education and healthcare industries, Ruijie's network security modules were linked with our threat detection system to build a multi-layered defense system.
Achievements
Over the course of eight years of cooperation, we have jointly delivered more than 100 large-scale projects covering over 20 provinces nationwide. Taking a provincial education cloud platform as an example, our combined solutions supported online teaching for more than 5,000 schools and 1 million teachers and students, achieving 99.99% network availability. In the healthcare sector, a Class A tertiary hospital deployed our joint solution and achieved a 30% reduction in internal network latency and a 60% improvement in imaging data transmission speed, significantly enhancing the teleconsultation experience.
