Responsibilities
- Build an AI-driven growth engine, including but not limited to automated SEO content production, intelligent ad placement and attribution
- Leverage LLMs for brand story generation, social media monitoring, and crisis alerts to maintain brand mindshare
- Design and execute mechanisms like viral loops and community activation, combined with AI for personalized outreach
- Collaborate with the COD team to transform high-value scenarios identified during delivery into replicable growth assets
- Drive growth through data experiments, continuously optimize CAC and conversion rates, and take responsibility for revenue contribution
Requirements
- Experience in growth, digital marketing, or branding, familiar with at least two traffic channels such as search, social media, and advertising
- Proficient in using AI tools to batch produce multimodal marketing content like articles, images, and videos
- Data-driven, capable of independently building growth measurement from tracking to dashboards
- Engineering mindset, able to coexist with automated workflows, not satisfied with manual ad backend operations
- Strong curiosity, willing to be the first to explore at the intersection of AI and growth
