Responsibilities
- Pair program with AI coding agents, responsible for logic validation, architectural abstraction, and code review of core modules
- Leverage AI to automatically generate unit tests and regression test cases, performing autonomous testing and quality assurance
- Oversee intelligent operations after service deployment, building monitoring and self-healing strategies to ensure 'you write it, you own it'
- Continuously refine internal AI toolchains, delegating repetitive coding, testing, and deployment tasks to machines
- Participate in cross-team technical evangelism, promoting a 'full-stack responsibility closed-loop' culture
Requirements
- Proficient in at least one backend language (Go/Python/Node.js, etc.) and one frontend framework, without labeling yourself
- Deeply experienced with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor, with established collaboration methodologies
- Understand CI/CD processes, with hands-on experience in containerization and Kubernetes
- Have a perfectionist approach to quality, believing 'testing is part of development' rather than someone else's job
- Dare to challenge traditional role boundaries, not viewing operations or testing as others' responsibilities
