Responsibilities
- Conduct value stream mapping for supporting tasks such as administration, HR, and finance, designing end-to-end automated workflows
- Utilize AI agents, RPA, and low-code platforms to transform reimbursements, procurement, onboarding/offboarding, fixed asset management, etc., into natural language self-service
- Build and maintain a 'digital employee' team, ensuring stable execution of daily tasks and continuous iteration
- Collaborate with BOC compliance AI patrols to ensure embedded audit and risk control nodes in automated processes
- Respond to anomalies encountered by internal employees in natural language interactions, performing manual fallback and process escalation
Requirements
- Deep understanding of traditional administrative, HR, or financial business scenarios, not satisfied with 'manual processing'
- Familiar with at least one RPA tool (such as Yingdao, UiPath), or experience in building low-code/no-code platforms
- Possess process mining and design thinking, able to transform 'people finding people, people finding tasks' into 'people finding AI'
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and API orchestration, willing to use AI to reshape efficiency
- Strong abstraction ability and service awareness, able to turn scattered tasks into reusable service catalogs
