Aufgaben
- Pair program with AI coding agents, responsible for logic verification, architectural abstraction, and code review of core modules
- Use AI to automatically generate unit tests and regression test cases, performing autonomous testing and quality assurance
- Be responsible for intelligent operations after service deployment, setting up monitoring and self-healing strategies, so that 'what you write, you own'
- Continuously refine internal AI toolchains, delegating repetitive coding, testing, and deployment tasks to machines
- Participate in cross-team technical evangelism, promoting a 'full-stack responsibility loop' culture
Anforderungen
- Be proficient in at least one backend language (Go/Python/Node.js, etc.) and one frontend framework, without labeling yourself
- Deeply use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor, and develop your own collaboration methodology
- Understand CI/CD processes, with practical experience in containerization and Kubernetes
- Have a quality obsession, believing that 'testing is part of development' rather than someone else's job
- Dare to challenge traditional job boundaries, not treating operations and testing as others' responsibilities
